Steady Apps / Tinnitus Diary / Terms of use
Tinnitus Diary: Spike Tracker · Steady Apps · Effective July 11, 2026
Tinnitus Diary is a personal journal for tracking tinnitus symptoms. By using it you agree to these terms.
Tinnitus Diary helps you track and log your symptoms. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Nothing in the app is medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional about your health.
Your diary is stored on your device, and — only if you turn backup on — in the private app folder of your own Google Drive. You are in full control of it, including deleting it. Because we run no servers and keep no copies, we cannot recover data you delete or lose. See the Privacy Policy and Delete Your Data pages for details.
Use the app as a personal symptom journal. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its data as a medical product.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steady Apps is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
The app is currently free. If optional paid features are introduced in the future, they will be sold through Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms alongside these.
If these terms change, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
